Studio in central St Albans

Basement studio available to rent in the heart of St Albans (2 minute walk to the city centre) from 6th April 2026. The location means that the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants of the City Centre are on your doorstep. Verulamium Park is a 5 minute walk away; Westminster Lodge leisure centre and swimming pool is a 10 minute walk away.

The studio has its own private entrance via the side alley. Parking permits available separately if required.

The studio is furnished and contains: sofa-bed; furniture and storage; kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, sink, fridge and kettle; wet-room with rain shower and hand-held shower, washbasin and toilet. Easy-to-control underfloor heating and the location of the studio mean that it is warm in winter and cool in summer.

Please note, the studio does not have a washing machine (there are several laundrettes locally) nor a television (but you are welcome to bring your own of course). Please also note that this studio is for one person only.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) who live in the main house upstairs.

The rental price includes all bills (including broadband) and council tax; there is nothing else to pay apart from parking permits should you need them.
