Beautiful and bright double bedroom, furnished and decorated to excellent standards, it includes its own shower room and direct access to the garden. This bedroom is the only one located on the ground floor of the house, all the others are on the third floor, so you will get all the privacy you need and also enjoy direct access to the beautifully maintained, south-facing garden.

The room is fully furnished with a day bed that can be turned into double, a bed side table and chair, desk, a very large fitted wardrobe and tv.

The house is located in a fantastic area of St Albans, 5 mns driving and within walking distance to the main train station (20 mns walk) with buses every 10 mns.

It has plenty of off-street parking, and a large and bright kitchen with dining facilities that you will be welcome to use. It also has two living rooms (one on the ground floor), giving plenty of flexibility to relax within the household.

We are looking for someone friendly and tidy. We have no preferences in terms of age. However, we prefer female lodgers at the moment, as the only adult in the house is a female, and are looking preferable for a student, due to council tax implications.
