A double room (small double bed) in a nice, tidy apartment block 3 mins walk to St Albans Thameslink station. The room is sunny and overlooks trees.
The rent includes water, fast broadband and council tax. Electricity is shared between the 3 flatmates and the heating is via economy 7 storage heaters.
The room is suitable for single occupation. The other flatmates are friendly, clean and considerate and so would be looking for someone who would be equally respectful.
