Modern double in St Albans

Hi, I'm looking for a young professional person to share my 2 bed flat with Monday-Friday but open to occasional weekends if required.

There is no dedicated Parking space available but there is on-street parking available in nearby streets (Lemsford Road, Manor Road, Hillside Road) which does not require a permit if required.

Includes access to an on-site gym.

The double bedroom is well sized. It currently has a wardrobe, bed side table and a wooden storage unit (no chair or artwork). The photo of the bedroom is dated as I have used it as a study since but it has been painted recently.

I need to source a double bed with mattress. You could bring your own otherwise I will happily get this before you move in.

All bills and tax council tax is included.

I work from home in my room 2-3 days a week and commute into London the other days.
