Hi, I'm looking for a young professional person to share my 2 bed flat.
It is only available for 3 months, from 27th Sept to the end of 2026.
There is no dedicated Parking space available but there is on-street parking available in nearby streets (Lemsford Road, Manor Road, Hillside Road) which does not require a permit if required.
Includes access to an on-site gym.
The double bedroom is well sized. It comes with a double bed with mattress, double wardrobe and 2 bed side tables.
The photo of the bedroom is slightly dated (no chair or artwork) but it has been painted recently.
Happy to give a facetime/WhatsApp call of the flat.
All bills and tax council tax is included.
I work from home in my room 2-3 days a week and commute into London the other days.
