The house’s existing tenants are all female and have been carefully selected and are all young professionals and are in their 20's and 30's. Their jobs vary from Doctor, GSK scientists and pharmacist. They are an extremely friendly group who were all new to Stevenage on arrival, so are sympathetic to new arrivals. All prospective tenants are fully vetted by the landlord through meeting them and reference and credit checks.
This is an all-female house.
