a clean double room, for rent in SG1, fully furnished, brand new bed and mattress, 50in Tv set and a arm chair, lovely quite environment, this is for a SINGLE person, a couple could be considered, modern building, I will prefer a responsible easy going focused AFRICAN decent to move in, fully employed. We have 2 lovely well behaved God fearing kids 10 and 8yrs, mum stay around only a week in month as she is a living-in carer.
