I'm renting one of my spare rooms in my 3 bed terraced house on Grace way Stevenage.
I'm the only other person here, the other room is used for my office.
I'm an early 30's hybrid worker so split between London and WFH.
The room has an ottoman bed, 2 bedside tables, a dresser/desk and a large built in cupboard with shelves and clothes rail.
Bathroom was renovated in May has a shower bath, loo and vanity.
Big lounge and kitchen-diner as well as front and back fenced gardens and parking.
I have a 3 year old retriever so best you're not allergic!
Looking for a working professional to rent the space and will consider weekday-only rent. I'm tidy enough and ask for the same from a housemate and also more than happy to help hang pictures/personal touches in your space to make it feel more comfortable to you.
I'm social but also like my own space, fortunately the house is plenty big enough for both!
