BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

The house offers six furnished private bedrooms, with a mix of ensuite rooms and rooms using shared bathroom facilities.

Rooms 2, 4 and 5 have their own ensuite bathrooms. Rooms 1, 3 and 6 use share 2 bathroom facilities. Desks are provided where requested.

The currently available Room 6 is on the ground floor and offers a comfortable double bedroom with a desk – a practical place to relax, study or catch up on work.

KITCHEN AND SHARED LIVING

The shared kitchen provides space to prepare meals, with an oven, hob and cupboard storage. A separate lounge and dining area gives housemates somewhere to eat together, watch TV or unwind.

Doors from the communal living area open onto the rear garden and patio, giving you outdoor space to enjoy in warmer weather.

ALL-INCLUSIVE LIVING

Your monthly rent includes electricity, gas, water, council tax, broadband and weekly cleaning of the communal areas. With one straightforward monthly payment, budgeting is simpler and there is no need to organise separate household utility accounts.

Located on Wellington Road in Stevenage, the house offers a convenient base for living and working in Stevenage. Driveway for 3 cars (first come, first served) and amble off-street parking + rear-garden cycle storage is provided.
