Furnished double room in a pleasant house within range of a number of local facilities nearby.

The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress which has storage underneath; there is a double wardrobe and a ,5 drawer, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, in addition there are blackout curtains.

The kitchen was recently refurbished with new cupboards and worktops.

There are the usual facilities, as well as a washing machine, tumble drier and a dishwasher, plus microwave and a double oven.

There is a cleaner who cleans all communal areas, on a weekly basis.

Superfast 350mb broadband is included, along with the other bills as well.

This is a friendly house, something that I am keen to maintain.
