I feel this room would suit One person only who is in full time employment and it does not involve working from home and is tidy and considerate as this is my home and I am happy to share it. Full use of kitchen with your own fridge and cupboard space. A new double drawer Air fryer. There is a small freezer in larder cupboard. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
My tidy friendly home is situated near the North Hertfordshire College and Asda with a ten minute walk to the BR and town centre. Parking on the road outside and a place to keep a bike in the Garden Shed.
