I feel this room would suit One person only. who is tidy and considerate as this is my home and I am happy to share it. Full use of kitchen with your own fridge and cupboard. There is a small freezer. The bathroom has a shower.
My tidy friendly home is situated near the North Hertfordshire College and Asda with a ten minute walk to the BR and town centre. Parking on the road outside and a place to keep a bike in the Garden Shed.
