I have a very comfortable double room in a two bedroom house that has a free standing wardrobe double bed, and chair and desk.
I feel this room would suit one person only who is in full time employment and is tidy and considerate as this is my home and I am happy to share it. Full use of kitchen with your own fridge and cupboard space. A double drawer Air fryer. There is a small freezer in larder cupboard. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
My tidy friendly home is situated near the North Hertfordshire College and Asda with a ten minute walk to the train station and town centre. Parking on the road outside and a place to keep a bike in the Garden Shed.
