The room is in a great location close to the Old Town and all it has to offer.

The room is furnished, with a double bed ( that has storage underneath), bedside cabinet, 5 drawer chest of drawers, a gents wardrobe, plus blackout curtains and a desk

There are two bathrooms. for use between five tenants, each bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet, one also has a bath.

All bills are included along with super fast 500mb fibre optic Virgin Internet

There is dining area with a table and chairs.
The communal parts to the house are cleaned weekly,

There is also a sunny garden to relax in, which is maintained by a professional gardener.

There is parking for two car cars , and ample parking on the street
