The house is located in the Symonds Green area of Stevenage. The room is approximately 15/20 min walk to Lister hospital. 15 min walk to the old town or a 10 mins bus ride to the train station.

Communal area - The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 fridge freezers, washing machine and a dishwasher. Lots of space for everyone. There is a large lounge/ dining area with a table and chairs, with a large sofa and a 32" digital TV.

Room 5 - First floor fully furnished double room which consists of a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk, a chair and chest of drawers.

The property is walking distance to Lister Hospital, and is a short drive to all of the local businesses such as GSK, MBDA, Airbus and many more. There is also a bus service (line 8) with a bus stop on the doorstep. Convenience store, post office and a pharmacy is literally a minute away.

All bills included (gas, electricity, water, council tax, high speed fibre broadband and tv license). Cleaners come every two weeks, so full maintenance of communal area is provided.
