All the housemates have been carefully selected and are all friendly and responsible people who value being in a clean and tidy house and are considerate towards their housemates. All housemates are professionals (usually of graduate calibre who have had to relocate due to work opportunities), students need not apply but interns are very much welcomed. The housemates socialise together while also respecting one another's privacy.
I am a private landlord with a small portfolio and offer a price promise with no rental increase for the duration of the tenancy, no fees at tenancy commencement and deal direct with all my tenants. I am straightforward and easy to get along with and provide a good management service.
The modern three storey town house in Great Ashby, Stevenage is of extremely spacious proportions and is in immaculate condition, allowing the tenants all of Professional backgrounds a high degree of comfort, privacy and space. The house has five bedrooms (all let to individuals not couples), two of which have ensuites and is furnished throughout to the highest standards being of a contemporary neutral design with attention to detail and all needs catered for. All bedrooms have TV aerial points and hard wired internet access and pocket sprung mattresses.
The Rooms available are as follows:
A huge double bedroom with ensuite that spans the depth of the house for £825 pcm all bills inc - 8 metres x 4 metres. There is a spacious ensuite bathroom with double shower, wash hand basin and wc. The Room contains a double bed with pocket sprung mattress, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, bedside table and easy chair. As this is a ground floor room there are double doors opening onto the garden. There is still plenty of space to include your own desk and chair, bookcase and even sofa etc.
The bedroom without an ensuite is even bigger than the ensuite room (10m x 4m), with a window overlooking the front of the house and one overlooking the rear. This room is again £825 pcm all bills inc and is the full 8 metres x 4 metres. It is well situated on the same first floor as the cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin and the kitchen and lounge area. It shares a main bathroom with just two other housemates. You won't find a larger room - it is phenomenal!! Past tenants have even had a full size table tennis table in the room as well as their double bed! The furniture provided comprises a double bed, pocket sprung mattress, double wardrobe, bedside table, easy chair and chest of drawers. There still remains plenty of space for a sofa, desk and chair and bookcase etc. This room rarely comes available - It's amazing!
The house also has a luxury kitchen with two fridge freezers, oven & hob and dishwasher provided. A Dining/lounge area with digital TV (with freeview channels), a useful Utility Room with washing machine / tumble dryer ideal for use as a laundry, Cloakroom and Bathroom make up the communal facilities. A large garden, garage, carport for parking and parking on the road is available. We provide a weekly cleaner, gardener, a free national and local telephone call package, wireless fibre optic broadband with hard wired internet and all bills are included in the rent.
