The modern three storey town house in Great Ashby, Stevenage is of extremely spacious proportions and is in immaculate condition, allowing the tenants all of Professional backgrounds a high degree of comfort, privacy and space. The room has been painted with white walls and has a new double wooden bed with pocket sprung mattress. There is an inbuilt double cupboard and chest of drawers and plenty of room for a desk and chair and bedside table.
This room shares a great sized clean and bright bathroom with bath with shower over, wc, wash hand basin and window and cloakroom with just two other housemates.
The price for this room is £500 pcm all bills inc with price promise for the duration of the tenancy. .
The house also has a stunning luxury kitchen with two fridge freezers, oven & hob and dishwasher provided. A Dining/lounge area with digital TV (with freeview channels), a useful Utility Room with washing machine / tumble dryer ideal for use as a laundry, Cloakroom and Bathroom make up the communal facilities. A large garden, garage, carport for parking and parking on the road is available. We provide a weekly cleaner, gardener, a free national and local telephone call package, wireless fibre optic broadband and all bills are included in the rent.
