Shared areas include: beautiful rear garden, front parking drive way for 3 cars, 2x bathrooms/showers, fully fitted kitchen with crockery/cutlery, 2x large AMERICAN fridges/freezers, separate dining area, Sky TV, and laundry area with separate washing machine/dryer, iron facility, storage shed and secure bike storage.

Monthly room price includes all bills such as unlimited gas/electricity with weekly cleaner. Zero maintenance costs whatsoever.
