The house benefits from all the usual mods and cons and you will have your own parking space and all bills are included. You will have full use of the kitchen and its contents plus washing facilities in the utility room.

The bus stop is right outside our property and a bus to the airport only takes 8 minutes. We have three pubs within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance plus a fish and chip shop, a Tesco convience store and Italian restaurant just around the corner.

Hatfield Forest and the Flitch Walkway are easily accessible and our property comes fully alarmed

We have two lovely cats so if you are allergic then we are not right for you.
