Please Note that this bedsit is for 1 person not a couple and not 2 individuals ,plus screening/Questioning occurs on the date the applicant applies. Screenings required pre-viewing for safety & to meet Border control & council requirements so that our risk assessments met and that every other resident feels safe etc.+ we have more applications than we have vacant accommodation in peak periods so we have to short list .
STUDIO = Large room suitable for single working P. A. Y. E. person & others , also require "FAIR" refs . Has its own kitchen including fridge, small cooker and microwave but has not got an en-suite. resident uses the rest of the Guest House Washing Machine , Common hallways & garden . Unsuitable for a couple, children or pets for any period of time (as the house is licenced for single person occupation s only) .
In the HMO There are 3x shared basins , 3x shared showers, bathrooms , 3x w. c's. & washing machine/dryer. Rent including Bills £173pw.(£750pcm) deposit £750.
We do do short lets for those with long term accommodation elsewhere , that are obviously dearer pw as there short lets than long term lets.
