Extra-large, beautifully furnished loft ensuite with private feel; mini fridge, and Ninja mini cooker with lots of storage.

This room is incredibly spacious and boasts stunning views over Hertford and Ware. It comes fully furnished with plenty of storage, a wall-mounted TV, a mini fridge, a mini cooker and optional games console. The room has excellent WiFi connection.

The house is a short walking distance (15 minutes depending on your speed!) to Ware town centre and train station, which provides direct access to London. There is free parking on our road.

We are a very friendly couple with a 4 year old and a toddler, so expect the house to be lively at times but also much quieter in the evenings/night. We both teach locally and are looking for a tidy, respectful and approachable lodger for a medium to long term stay. We have 2 very affectionate indoor cats who will often come up and say hello, so being a cat lover is an essential!

Due to having 2 children, our washing machine and tumble drier are constantly in use so we would prefer if you used an online laundry servicing website but are happy to discuss a specific day and time to use our washing machine in the house if this is not possible. All bills are included in the monthly rent.
