One double bedroom (and en-suite) in Ware

I’m looking for someone, preferably a female in her early/mid twenties, to take over my room in a lovely flat in Ware.

I sadly have to move out of the two bedroom flat and am looking for someone to take over the tenancy from the end of July.

The room is huge and has an en-suite plus a walk-in wardrobe. You would be living with my fabulous flat mate who is also in her twenties and a corporate baddie.

The flat is directly next to Ware station (only a 45 minute commute to central London) and within a short walk from all the pubs, restaurants and shops in Ware town.

The less interesting bits:

Rent - £750
Bills - Vary but around £70-£100 a month
Move in date - 1st September
