There is a large lounge with sofas, dining table and chairs.

The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped with washing machine, tumble drier and lots of fridges & freezers, microwave etc.

Throughout the house there is double glazing with full gas central heating.

The rent includes council tax, water and 350MB internet broadband. The contract is very flexible with only one month's notice if you need to leave and no notice at all if you want to swap to one of my other houses or flats.
