This double room (pictured) is situated on the ground floor, at the front of the property. Fully furnished with a double bed; a bedside drawer unit & bedside lamp; a wardrobe (with mirrors on door); a chest of drawers. A desk and chair can be provided if required.
Rent includes all the utility bills - water, gas, electricity, council tax. Also includes super fast Virgin internet with Mesh router providing excellent coverage throughout the house.

You will have shared use of the following amenities:
* A well-equipped modern kitchen
* Allocated kitchen cupboards and fridge/freezer space
* Utility room with Washing machine and Tumble Drier
* The communal Dining Room with dining table and chairs is a great place to socialise with your housemates
