Room for rent near Watford junction

Hi, I am looking for a female house mate to share my home with. I would like someone who is responsible and cleans after themselves. You are very welcome to use my kitchen utensils for cooking so if you are moving to Watford you do not need to buy these things. I prefer to rent out to professionals like myself. I am a teacher. I would like to rent out the room to someone who understands I am sharing my home with them and this is not just a shared house. You will be responsible for cleaning your own room and cleaning after yourself after cooking.
Other benefits -I have installed a water softener so we don't get lime scales in the bathroom and require less detergents and soap. Soft water is also very good for hair fall and sensitive skin. There is a backyard (not really a garden) to dry clothes in good weather or to sit outside. There is a parasol to use in summer.

Changes to the video- the L-shaped study table has been replaced with a wardrobe. There is space under the bed for storage of suitcases etc.
