Hello.

I am a current tenant at this property and I am looking to rent this room out for a short term let.

The main bedroom is currently occupied by myself and the other bedroom is currently vacant for rent, due to be rented out at a later on time.

Currently it has some shelving and under the bed draws for storage. It is a day bed, which can be used as a single bed during the day, then pulled out to a double bed when it’s time to sleep.


Room & Amenities:

The shared living room comes equipped with; a L-shape sofa bed, A 55 inch TV for watching and a 50" inch for gaming, speakers & storage space. The sheds and the loft is also available for additional storage space. The kitchen comes with all the main appliances Washing machine and Fridge. I have all the required kitchen utensils & some extras (air fryer, slow cooker etc.)

I have a motorbike that is stored on the driveway but there is still room for a car to fit.

The amenities that come with this room are; High speed EE fibre 900 broadband internet, a shared bathroom/toilet, all bills included (Council tax, water, electricity & gas)

The closest convenience stores are a 3 minute walk away whilst there is a big Morrisons about a 6 min walk away. The bus stop is a minute walk away, the metropolitan line is about a 15 minute walk away or a 5 minute bike ride, which is how I currently commute to the station.


About Me:

I work as an IT desktop engineer & travel into Liverpool Street 4 days, sometimes 5 for work.

I own a 6 year old French bulldog/Pug cross who is very sociable and very loving with an abundance of energy. He is house trained and is instructed not to go upstairs where there is carpet. When I am out of the house he is fine keeping himself entertained or just ends up sleeping all day.

I like to cook, go to the gym, watch sports & do some gaming when I have the time. I am quite domesticated & like to keep my house clean, though I don’t have OCD.

Currently I spent my time in the house doing DIY and mostly resting since I travel into London for work 4-5 days a week
