Kitchen

Located on the 3rd floor for single occupancy only. Carpeted and furnished with a double bed, large chest of draws and inbuilt organised wardrobes. There is a big window that brings ample light throughout the day and beautiful views of the night sky. The room is fitted with blinds and curtains.
The kitchen area is the only shared space. You'll have a cupboard of your own for your belongings.
I am the only other female living in the house. I have a dog with specific needs. Please be confident and comfortable with dogs before considering this space as this is her safe space (other than your room).
Street parking is available. We are approximately a 20 minute walk from Watford Junction Station, 30 minutes from Watford Atria and 35 minutes from Cassibury park. St Albans high Street is a stone throw away where there are local cafe's and convenient shops.

No pets allowed, no guests/visitors and no smoking in the house! However there is a smoking area in the garden.

I work from home as a therapist. I spend most of my time indoors on DIY projects, reading, drawing/painting, meditating, cooking/baking. Sometimes, I have family visit.

I like my environment to be clean and calm. I'm looking forward to living with an animal loving professional who would like to lodge in a calm and peaceful environment and keeps to themselves.
