Hi :)
We have two rooms currently available in our house share.
The first room is downstairs and had it's own bathroom just for that occupant's use. The second room is upstairs and has a shared bathroom. This room has been recently repainted so looks better than in the photos!
This is a 4 person household in a very convenient location in North Watford.
We are a friendly house and enjoy catching up in the kitchen or watching TV together.
We like to keep things clean and tidy, and respect each other's privacy.
We split bills between the four of us and it usually comes to about £85 a month for Wifi, TV licence, water, gas and electricity. Council tax is paid directly to the landlord and is included in the price of the rent.
I am 30 and a teacher and the other housemate is 32 and a social worker.
