This is a 4 person household in a very convenient location in North Watford.
We are a friendly house and enjoy catching up in the kitchen or watching TV together.
There is a bathroom on the top floor which you would be sharing with 2 other people.
We like to keep things clean and tidy.
We split bills between the four of us and it usually comes to about £85 a month for Wifi, TV licence, water, gas and electricity. Council tax is paid directly to the landlord and is included in the price of the rent.
