A bright and spacious room with a private ensuite bathroom is available in WD17, just a 10-minute walk from Watford Junction Station and within 2-3 min walking distance to Watford shopping centre, restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets.

You'll be sharing the house only with a friendly young couple, so it's a quiet, clean, and relaxed home 😊

The room can be set up with either a single bed or a double bed, depending on your preference!

£180 per week, with all bills included (utilities and Wi-Fi).

I am subletting the room until 7 September, making it ideal for anyone looking for temporary accommodation over the summer. I can also be flexible with the move-in and move-out dates, so feel free to get in touch if you have specific requirements!
