A bright, spacious double room is available from September in a friendly, clean, and relaxed four-bedroom home in central Watford. You’ll be sharing with myself (the live-in landlord) and one other individual working professional (3 people total in the house), making for a social yet respectful home environment.

The Room & Bathroom
Bedroom: Furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobes, bedside tables, and a mirror. The space can easily be rearranged to accommodate a work-from-home desk setup if needed, and I’m happy to remove items if you have some of your own furniture. There is generous storage space within the room and throughout the house.
Outdoor Space: Features direct access via French doors to a peaceful, plant-filled patio - perfect for a morning coffee in the sun. There is also ample outdoor space if you need to keep or lock up a bicycle.
Bathroom: Shared with only one other housemate.

Fully equipped modern kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine.
High-speed 500Mbps broadband throughout.
We work from home sometimes, so the work-day environment is quiet and productive if you also work remotely or hybrid.
