We have a large single room in a clean house share. With off-road parking.

The property has recently been refurbished, including new kitchen.

The room is fully furnished with small double bed and mattress, wardrobe.

Shared facilities include washing machine and dryer (FREE to use), fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and an outside garden area. Plus, we have two toilets, a bath and a shower.

We have all shared areas of property cleaned on a weekly basis.

There is high speed wi-fi and satellite points in every room.

The house is very close to the hospital (about 5 to 10 min walk). There is a bus stop around the corner. The tube station is 5 to 10 minute walk with lots of local shops and a supermarket close too.

We are seeking a mature female or male, housemate who appreciates living in a clean and relaxed environment.

Single occupancy only.
