Bright & airy large double room in Watford

Hi,

Before you read any further please note this room is for a female only and single occupancy. The current tenants only wish to live with females.

I am renting a bright and airy double room with wardrobe storage and chest of drawers in a lovely house share in West Watford.

The house is ideally located for the London Underground (Metropolitan Line station), Watford General Hospital, the town centre, Cassiobury Park and supermarket (all a 10 min walk).

The house benefits from a large, shared bathroom, kitchen and suntrap garden; and is pet friendly.

Most bills including the council tax and water rates are included in the rent but there is a small amount to pay on top for the energy bills. The landlady contributes £20 per person, per month towards the energy bills.

The 3 girls who are in the house are really friendly and always happy to help if you ever need anything. The room is available from the 20th May 2024
