Lovely room to rent in a shared house in North Watford.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and another storage unit. There is also a walk-in wardrobe.

It has its own en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet, sink and vanity units.

The room itself and the bathroom are on the smaller side.

The house will be shared with 3 other young (25 - 35ish) ladies who are friendly, sociable professionals. There is a shared lounge, dining area as well as an outside area for a BBQ. We are looking for a considerate, tidy, like-minded person to share the home.

We would prefer a lady, as all other housemates are female.

The rooms are available from 1st Nov but this date is fexible. We will have viewings on 17th October.

The rent is £600 which includes council tax, gas, electricity, water and fibre-optic bb.
