The house is ideal for young professionals and key workers looking for a quiet house, in a quiet street, shared by friendly like-minded tenants.

Available on the 2nd May we have a bedroom with a double bed, and an Ikea-set of wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. The room shares a bathroom with only one other tenant (there are 4 bathrooms in this house). The bathroom is professionally cleaned every week.

We have all the usual features you expect:
- all bills are included in the rent, including council tax;
- we supply a weekly cleaner for all communal areas and bathrooms,
- high-speed (400Mbps) virgin broadband,
- SMART TV; dishwasher, microwave
- lovely garden
- all rooms are fully furnished with Ikea furniture.

We also provide....

We have ZERO additional 'move-in' and move-out fees and we only require a £500 deposit. We personally vet any new housemates to make sure they are like-minded people (like yourself) so the house continues to be a balanced and happy household. If in doubt, come for a viewing and ask the housemates how we are doing on this!
