Hi everyone! I am a flight attendant working out of Luton airport, and my flatmate works in media. Because we both travel a lot for work, we are looking for a reliable housemate to rent a large downstairs bedroom and help keep the house feeling lived-in.
Please note we have our landlord’s full permission and a legal agreement to rent this room.

The room comes with its own private entrance and a ton of storage space. We live in a massive, beautiful 4,000 sq. ft. property with over an acre of garden, an outdoor spa, three living rooms, a huge dining room, and a large fully fitted kitchen perfect for entertaining.
The room looks out over the gardens and an orchard which backs onto open fields and woodlands and is amazing for summer BBQs with friends. There is also plenty of parking space on the driveway for about six cars.

About us: We are a friendly tidy household although busy. We generally keep to ourselves and respect each other's privacy, but we are always up for a cup of tea and a catch-up. To keep things running smoothly, we have a weekly cleaner (who can also help with laundry) and a professional gardener.

Location: A car is best for this area, but the local train station is just a 20-minute walk away. Trains get you into the West End in about 30 minutes, or to Hatfield in just a few minutes.

Who we are looking for: We would highly prefer a female professional, and the house is perfect for wfh as has really fast bb.

For the right person, we are only asking for a 2-week deposit.
