The room on offer is a large double bedroom in a new town house within a gated new development.

The room is on the middle floor of the house and has adjacent bathroom.
The room is equipped with a double bed and built in wardrobe.

It’s a lovely large room very bright, comfortable and clean.

I am the owner and am very clean tidy, easy to get on with and I am polite and pleasant.
I looking for a female who is like me tidy clean, respectable and relaxed, to treat the house as her own. ..

If possible I would prefer a Monday to Friday rent, if you rent the room Monday to Friday (no weekends), the price will be £750 pm

Full week, for the right person, and it needs to be someone with not too much stuff no furniture ..
you need to be very clean and tidy ..
rent will be £850 pm

WiFi and bills are all included in the price.


I am travelling a lot so I only live in the property when I am in the UK.
Therefore the person renting needs to be very responsible and treat the house as her own and look after it when I am travelling. I will be travelling more from September 2025.

My son will be at university from September and will be at the property occasionally, but is also at his Dad’s when he is back from Uni. He is very polite and relaxed. He keeps himself busy, his room is at the top floor of the house.

This will be a lodger agreement, only for the person signed on the contract, no visitors.
Use of the room, adjacent bathroom and the kitchen for light cooking / quick easy meals..
There is no use of a lounge. The room is not suitable for working from home
