The flat offers a modern shared kitchen, dining area and bathroom, as well as underfloor heating, washing machine, dishwasher and your own separate fridge-freezer.

You will be sharing the flat only with me - no other lodgers and no letting agencies involved.

I am a working professional looking for someone clean, respectful, considerate and easy to live with, who appreciates a quiet and relaxed home environment.

Ideally suited to someone working outside the home rather than remotely full-time.

Please note there is no resident parking space available with the room, as the only parking space belongs to me. From what I understand, some residents do park nearby in different ways, but you would need to look into local parking options yourself.
