Living with a single mum, her toddler and one other male tenant. Looking for someone trustworthy, tidy and forgiving of toddler noise. The bedroom comes with TV which is equipped with Netflix and Amazon. Bathroom and kitchen is shared. The living room is not a "shared room" as my toddler destroys it daily and dominates the TV but guests are welcome to use it if they're happy to work around said child :-)
