A small double room in a three bedroom semi-detached house, located in a lovely quiet place near Welwyn Garden City centre.
The city centre and train station is 12 minutes walk away, making it convenient to commute to London (28 minutes by fast train into London King's Cross) or work locally
The room includes a desk and confortable chairs and can be used as a home office, together with fast internet, the lodger can easily work from home.
Bedding is provided, togather with the short minimum renting period and weekly cleaning of the house (excluding the room), therefore the above average rent.
Although there is a double bed the room is to be rented to a single person only.
Share kitchen, bath room and the gardens (external dinning area on the back garden patio)
Parking in street is available costing £40 per month.
I do IT work and so would like to have a professional to fill this room.
Council tax band D, but bills are all included in the rent anyway
