Hello, we have a furnished double room available. We are looking for a female professional. Our 3-bedroom property is located in Welwyn Garden City and is a 15-minute walk from the Howard Centre and train station, which gives easy access to London.
We prefer pet lovers, so somebody fine with our cat would be suitable. Also, we're looking for someone who doesn’t work from home. We have a warm, friendly and tidy household. I live with my grown-up daughter.
We are also in close walking distance to co-op, QE II hospital, Peartree surgery, Goslings gym and stanborough lakes.
The double room is spacious and has a comfortable single bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside table. We also have a garden.
