. I'm looking for the right person to rent my single room. My house situated in a lovely area, 2 mins walk to wgc town centre and 10 mins walk to train station. I work alot of hours and don't really use my lounge, so you would have use of that and kitchen to yourself. Lovely big back garden and a shared drive if you have a car. Unfortunately I am a smoker but only smoke in my room. My house isn't immaculately decorated but cosy, clean and livable. Can negotiate with rent. Not asking for a deposit but would want a month's rent when you move in. All bills included.
