Looking for a clean, respectful and trustworthy female professional to replace my current flatmate.
Minimum stay: 6 months (ideally long-term).
Available September 1st 2026.

📍 Location

Lovely 2 bedroom, ground floor flat in Welwyn Garden City, just a 15 minute walk to the town centre.
Includes one private parking space (yours if you drive!).

🏠 The Flat
•Bright, modern and well furnished living spaces (large corner sofa bed, dining table, hallway units, etc.)
• The room is fully furnished with brand new furniture (bed, mattress, desk, large chest of drawers and a bed-side table) and its ready for a new tenant.
• Please note: the flat is already fully furnished throughout, so there’s no need for additional furniture in the communal areas. Any personal furniture for your bedroom can be discussed beforehand.
•I deep clean the communal areas (kitchen, bathroom and the rest of the flat) every week. I’m looking for someone who will help maintain that standard throughout the week by cleaning up after themselves and keeping the shared areas clean, tidy and clutter free at all times. It’s important that we both feel comfortable and enjoy living here.
•Average bills currently £150/month each (bills not included in rent price). Bills may vary depending on usage (council tax is included)
•The property also benefits from a large communal garden, available exclusively to residents.

👩‍💼 About Me

I’m a 37 year old female professional. I’m sporty, active throughout the week, and love cooking healthy meals from scratch (often enough for two!). I work full time, sometimes weekends, and on my days off I’m either relaxing at home or out for the day. I’m very house proud and really value a calm, clean and organised home, so I’m looking for someone who naturally has similar habits and enjoys living in a tidy, respectful environment.

Guests are welcome occasionally and by mutual agreement, as long as they’re respectful of our home.
