Its a calm quiet house, so would be ideal for a mature-minded professional, rather than a social butterfly or party goer.

Only a 5 minute drive / 20 minute walk (1.1mile) from Shire Park and 6 minute drive / 30 minute walk to the train station (1.5 mile) the house is situated in a convenient location for town and leisure.

At the end of the road, two minutes from the house (0.2 miles) you'll find the lagoon, with lovely greenery and alongside the golf course.
