The house is newly refurbished. It's light and spacious, with two bathrooms and a large open-plan communal kitchen/living area. The large bi-fold doors open out onto the back garden, which is due to be landscaped ready for the summer.

Its a calm quiet house, so would be ideal for a mature-minded professional, rather than a social butterfly or party goer.

-The Bedroom

The bedroom has an double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws. A desk is currently in the room, but can be removed if required.

-The Location

Only a 5 minute drive / 20 minute walk (1.1mile) from Shire Park and 6 minute drive / 30 minute walk to the train station (1.5 mile) the house is situated in a convenient location for town and leisure.

At the end of the road, two minutes from the house (0.2 miles) you'll find the lagoon, with lovely greenery and alongside the golf course.
