Two furnished double rooms are available in a clean, quiet household. Both rooms come fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk.

These rooms are becoming available as both of the current tenants, who have lived here for several years, are relocating further away for work and personal reasons.

The property benefits from a spacious garden with a hot tub, seating area, BBQ, and raised garden bed. There is plenty of on-street parking directly opposite the house, with driveway parking also available if required.

The bathroom is shared between the two available rooms, as I have my own en-suite. I own the house and work as a professional, primarily from home, using my own dedicated living room/office space.

The home offers a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere—friendly and sociable when the occasion arises, but everyone is equally respectful of each other's space and privacy.

I'm also planning to refresh and redecorate both bedrooms before the new tenants move in. While I already have ideas, I'm very happy to take on board any reasonable feedback or preferences from the successful tenants, so you'll have the opportunity to help shape the look and feel of your room if you'd like.

The location is excellent, being less than a 5-minute walk from Shire Park and approximately a 5-minute cycle or 20-minute walk to the train station, making it ideal for professionals working locally or commuting into London.

I'm looking for clean, tidy, and respectful professionals who will help maintain the friendly and well-kept home environment. Sorry, no pets.
