Room to let in nice house and very quiet location.

I am converting my loft into an another room but have a room to let in a small very nice house. Any works will take place during working hours and won't disturb any potential lodger and to be honest, I won't hardly ever be there and half of the work is already completed.

Usual things such as washer dryer, cooker and utensils, wifi and all bills included. Would suit someone wanting a peaceful nights rest a big garden to relax in, this summer.

No couples, nightmares or persons without references please!

Very laid back household and a simple long term let is what I am looking for.
