I am friendly, easy-going, and enjoy a calm, positive home environment. I work during the week and appreciate a good balance between socialising and having personal space. I am tidy without being obsessive, respectful of shared spaces and value open communication.
The most important detail of this flatshare is my dog, so I am looking for someone who genuinely loves dogs and enjoys a furry companion around the home. Ideally you would be the person who says hello to dogs before people!

The flat is located 10 min walking from the train station/ city centre, 5 min walk from an Aldi and also Royal mail sorting office.
