We are a family renting out our spare room. We've completely refurbished the room with a new en-suite bathroom and a double bed. The house is located approx. 1 mile south of WGC in a really nice area. It's just 5 minutes to QE2 Hospital, and Shire Park is just over 1 mile away. There is plenty of off-street parking. We are looking for a person who is kind, considerate, and respectful. You will have your own space in the kitchen with access to all the appliances. If you are interested, give me a call and come visit to see for yourself.
