Approx 15 min walk to Shire Park, Welwyn North and Welwyn Garden City station. Easy bus services - I’m a live in landlord, a friendly relaxed person so there is no need to worry about stiff rules and unrealistic demands. I’m away alot with work so you’ll have the place to yourself and the other lodger a fair bit… All I ask is that you keep your room clean and to respect privacy of me and other lodger. All the facilities in the house are there for you to use.

I would potentially consider renting the whole property out to a family for longer term, please contact me if you’d like to discuss that option.

Supplied within the rent is all electric/gas/water, council tax, toilet roll, kitchen roll, general cleaning stuff and cleaner. So, literally all you need buy is your own food and clothes washing liquid. Everything else is included and for all to use, that includes Wifi, Virgin TV.

I’m happy to consider Monday to Friday rent options as well as the usual 7 days per week. it’s safe a quiet place here just on the outskirts of town, easy parking on the road, and good shops within 5 mins walking. A lovely place to call home !
