Close to Shire Park and Mundells or easy bus ride to town, with QE2 hospital not far away.
Would consider five day rental, if preferred.
If the right person needs to move sooner, a smaller room may be available until 20th July.
Wi-Fi and fitted wardrobes. Sky could be included.
Washing machine, dishwasher, garden etc. Property has three toilets and two bathrooms. The tenant must keep property clean.
All bills included (council tax, water, Wi-Fi, gas and electricity)
One lady and a small dog currently live in the house.
