Double room, village location

Hi there!

I have a double room available in a four bed, terraced house in Weston, Hitchin. You'll have a space on the drive in front of the house and there's a large peaceful garden which your room overlooks. There is a kitchen diner with two wrong back chairs for reading or gazing at the birds in the ensure feeder. It's a warm, sociable space. l love cooking and often bake Sourdough... so if you have mad baking skills I can learn from, you're in!

The room is £600 per month including bills. I have an en suite in my room, so you'll mostly have the main bathroom with over bath shower to yourself.

So, about the current occupants... I live here with a friendly cat called Rupert, a grumpy Cockapoo called Lula and my happy little boy who is 5.

I'm a very chilled person, I enjoy roaming the countryside with the dog, gardening and sharing home baked food and drinks with friends. I have no preference as to the type of person who moves in, other than a tidy, non-smoker. My current lodger moves at the end of May, so the room will be ready then.
