Hello, I am looking for a lodger for my spare room. The house is cosy, with multi-stove, kitchen dining area in kitchen, and lovely covered area in the garden with hot tub. I have a chow doggy and 2 cats, so a person ideally loves animals too. I love cooking and happy to share cooked meals sometimes. The room has just been freshly decorated and has brand new bed and matress. It has a small sofa bed, tv, mini fridge freezer, and inbuilt storage with hanging rail and deep drawer space under the bed. The lodging could be Mon to Fri, for someone that works in the area during, and I'd charge £800 per month (or £200 per week) with the changeover added on.
