Double bedroom, amazing location if you drive!

Hello!

I'm looking for tenants that only want short lets from September 2026 to March /April 2027. The room will be £620 pcm, paid at the start of the month. There is a bathroom for communal use.

I prefer people who are considerate, clean and non smokers/ vapers/ no drugs (and no to pets, too).

The rent needs to be paid on time as i will be a postgrad student.

I'm a Brit-Indian woman with a professional background. I do a lot of indian food cooking (so it does get pungent with the garlic and onion, on repeat) and very much a homely person, quite quiet but friendly.

The house: it's really cool, quirky and relaxing. 3 bedrooms but also a lot of spaces to relax including a nice garden newly renovated.
