Room to rent in Gairlochy

We are Non and Dave and are looking to rent out a room in our home. Dave is in university in Aberdeen 3 days a week and will be away for some placements.

We are a very active couple doing lots of triathlon training and mountaineering. We both love being outside.

Non works from home (she has an office) so is home through the day in the week.

The house has a kitchen/diner and living space and a conservatory so there's lots of space. There's also a garage and shed so plenty of space to store bikes etc. The house is in a beautiful and peaceful location, just a short walk from the canal with a lovely swim spot and you can cycle along the canal to Fort William. It's about 20 minutes in the car to Fort William and 5 minutes to Spean Bridge.

We would like a housemate with similar interests, who might like the occasional walk/run/swim. As Non works from home, someone who is out the house during the day is best suited.

With a previous housemate we also shared the cooking which we found worked really well so that is an option.

We like to keep a clean and tidy home so any housemate would need to be ok with this.

We have a house cat Gracie - she is the most friendly and cuddly cat.
